The Maxxim Path

Six stages. The letters spell the name.

Meet · Align · eXchange · eXecute · Ignite · Multiply. Every client walks the same path, and the proven 3D Process runs inside it. The gate is the quality bar: no stage proceeds until a named human signs it off.

The path, at a glance.

  1. Meet

Are you ready? A conversation, not a pitch.

  2. Align

The core of your business, understood before anything is proposed.

  3. eXchange

    Discover

The real problem and the real opportunity, mapped by a human.

  4. eXecute

    Design

Strategy, brand, plans and briefs, signed off at the gate.

  5. Ignite

    Deploy

Live work on your own domain, owned outright.

  6. Multiply

    Deepen

The compounding loop that re-runs the process on new information.

Stage by stage

What each stage asks, and what it produces.

  1. Meet: are you ready?

The path starts with a conversation, not a pitch. Meet asks one question: is this business ready for a growth engine? If the answer is yes, the path opens.

  2. Align: the core of your business

Before anything is proposed, we get to the core: what you sell, who buys it, what is working and what is in the way. Alignment first, so the engagement lands on the right problem.

  3. eXchange: the Discover phase

Always human. Context, audience, competitors, the real problem and the real opportunity, mapped by a named person before anything is built. This stage never hands off to the machine.

  4. eXecute: the Design phase

Discovery becomes strategy, positioning, identity and the assets that carry it. The engine drafts at speed; the human decides and signs off at the gate.

  5. Ignite: the Deploy phase

Approved strategy becomes live work, on your own domain, owned outright. Finished outcomes, not busy dashboards.

  6. Multiply: the Deepen loop

It does not stop at launch. New information, market shifts and fresh results send the work back through Discover, Design and Deploy at depth, so what we learn compounds instead of going stale.

The gate

Later work unlocks only as earlier work exists.

How gating works

A proven, gated process, not a prompt and a prayer.

Every deliverable is a self-contained document. When one is produced it appears in the client’s pipeline as pending: drafted, but not yet counted. Only when a named human reviews and approves it does it become approved. Progress is measured in approvals, not drafts. The work moves at AI speed, and the score is kept by people.

Gating is the most important idea in the method. The creative studios will not make an asset until the document it depends on exists. A logo cannot be generated until its logo brief exists. Brand imagery waits for the brand guidelines. Campaign pieces wait for the design brief. The Social Studio stays locked until the social strategy is written. That is not a nuisance; it is what keeps a brand consistent. When something is locked, the system says exactly why, and exactly what to produce first.

Why keep humans in the loop? Because three things stay stubbornly human, and they are exactly what a client is really paying for. Trust: a client trusts a person, not a model. Taste: knowing which of ten good options is the right one. Judgement: what to say to a regulated client, when to push back, what matters now. AI proposes; a named person decides. Nothing counts as done, and nothing publishes, until someone signs it off.

The old line was good, fast or cheap: pick two. Maxxim is built to break that trade-off. Pick three.

Questions the path answers

Who stays accountable?

A named human, at every gate. AI drafts the volume; a person you can name reviews, decides and signs off before anything ships.

What does the client own?

The finished outcome, outright. The domain is registered in the client’s name, the site is live at their own address, and every document produced for them is theirs.

Is Deepen a fourth D?

The 3D Process keeps three delivery phases: Discover, Design, Deploy. Deepen is the loop around them, and on the path it is the Multiply stage: new information re-runs the D’s.

Where do the documents live?

Every phase produces real documents you can open and read. The 3D Process pack publishes working examples in the format every client receives.
